Review: Terms of Service Didn't Read

Have you read through the long TOS of every service or product you use? Some of the services we love revel to us in there TOS that once used they own the digital property rights. Reading Terms of Service contracts can be very daunting and lets face it most of use don't until its to late.

In june a new service popped up"Terms of Service Didn't Read"that aims to help navigate the legal TOS mambo jumbo. This service is still new but I love the idea and hopes it takes off. In a nutshell they crate a peer-reviewed process to rate and analyze TOS and Privacy Policies. They rate them on a scale from Class A being the most trusted to Class E. They also outline the TOS in plain english as well as highlight points they think you should know.

Example

At first glance you can see that Twitpic takes credit for your content as well as that deleated images are not really deleted giving them a bad score of Class E
